The Mandarins are a small MRCZ of educated legal scholars and philosophers. They emerged to answer the call to curb the Operator’s vigilantism while at the same time aiding in their quest to maintain justice on FreeMarket. The Mandarins are master indexers and researchers of information. They use the Aggregate like a living case-file, reviewing live footage, bled memories and verbal statements to establish legal precedent and resolve disputes.
